Fulfillment & Processing

Orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Processing time is typically 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days for standard shipping within the continental United States. Amazon MCF uses various carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx depending on your location.

We currently ship to US addresses only.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your shipment confirmation email is received.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Taranaki Naturals is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to correct it before shipment.
