Refund Policy

Eligibility Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. The 30-day window begins on the date your tracking shows the package was delivered. Refund requests submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be eligible.

How to Request a Refund

No return is required. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, contact us at support@taranakinaturals.com and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. No need to send the product back. Refunds process within 5–10 business days.

Please include your order number in your message. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Exclusions

Refunds may not be available for:

• Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
• Products that were damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
